Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the seller's location and your delivery address. Most premium items are dispatched within 3 business days of payment and arrive within a week.

Every lot is reviewed before it goes live, and high-value pieces undergo additional expert verification. If an item is ever found to be inauthentic, you're fully protected by our buyer guarantee.

Use the Sell flow to add photos, a description, and your reserve price. Once approved, your lot is scheduled into an upcoming live auction.

We charge a flat commission on the final hammer price, deducted automatically from your payout. There are no listing fees, so you only pay when your item sells.

Payouts are released to your linked bank account once the buyer's payment clears and the item is confirmed delivered, typically within a few business days.

We accept major credit and debit cards as well as common bank transfer options at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our verified provider.

Placing a bid does not charge your card. You're only charged when you win and complete checkout for the lot.

Refunds are issued if an item arrives significantly not as described or fails authentication. Where the seller is a trader, EU consumer law also gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery; private (consumer) sales do not carry that right, so review each lot carefully before bidding.
